Pilot programme — opening soon

This service is not open yet. It will open gradually, starting with a pilot programme.

Prepare your vital sheet, without giving up any control.

A few settings in your account, a signed consent, and rescuers will have the essentials if you cannot speak. You keep the last word.

Nine sections, all optional.

You decide, section by section, what appears on the sheet. What you hide is not passed on.

  • Allergies
  • Conditions
  • Current treatments
  • Blood type
  • A note for rescuers (for example an implant or an instruction)
  • Emergency contacts
  • Family doctor
  • Advance directives (their existence only)
  • Organ donation

Three steps, at your own pace.

  1. 1. Switch the module on

In your account, Emergency section. The module stays off until you turn it on.

  2. 2. Choose what is visible

You tick the sections to show, and you allow or not that you can be found by your exact identity.

  3. 3. Sign the consent

You read the text, confirm your identity, and sign. You can revoke it at any time.

Your QR, the safest way.

Whether or not you can speak, this is what lets rescuers find you.

What should I carry?

  • My emergency card with QR

Printed from your account, in your wallet or phone case.

  • An NFC + QR wristband or card

    Coming soon

    In preparation, not available yet.

  • My identity papers

Only useful if you allowed search by exact identity.

Safest: have your QR on you

Print your emergency card from your account and keep it in your wallet or in your phone case. Even if you cannot speak, the team can then find you.

If the person has switched nothing on, or is not found, the app shows nothing: rescuers then work as they do today.

Under studyIdentification by facial recognition, for people who have expressly accepted it. It is not available and will only be after its reliability and the necessary authorisations have been validated. It would never replace the rescuer's check.

The people to contact appear on the sheet.

The emergency contacts you list appear on the sheet so rescuers can reach them. Talk to your loved ones: they will know it exists and what it is for.

Every reading, you see it.

After an intervention, everything stays viewable in your account.

You choose the sections

Allergies, conditions, treatments, blood type, note for rescuers, contacts, family doctor, advance directives, organ donation: each section can be shown or hidden.

You withdraw whenever you want

One tap revokes your consent. It takes effect immediately: the sheet is no longer readable.

A tamper-proof log

Every access is written to a log that nobody can change afterwards. You see who, when and why.

You can report an access

An access looks unjustified to you? Report it from the log. The My Data My Care team handles the report.

What comes next, announced as it is: in preparation.

None of the following is available today. Each item is in preparation, with no announced date.

  • Coming soon

NFC + QR wristband and card

Your emergency identifier on a wristband or a card, readable by a rescuer in one gesture.

  • Coming soon

    Automatic sheet updates

The vital sheet updates itself from the documents you import.

Your questions, our answers.

Who can see my sheet?

Only identified rescuers from an organisation approved by My Data My Care, and only if you have switched the module on and signed the consent. They must state a reason, and you are notified every time.

What if I no longer want it?

You withdraw your consent whenever you like, from your account. It takes effect immediately: rescuers can no longer read the sheet.

What if I am a minor?

The service is reserved for adults. It is not open to minors.

What happens without a network?

The rescuers' app says so: without a network, the sheet cannot be opened. No health data is kept on the device for offline viewing.

What if I do not have my card on me?

If you allowed it in your settings, a rescuer can find you with your exact first name, last name and date of birth. Otherwise nothing makes it possible.

If I switch nothing on, what happens?

Nothing. The module is off by default. Without an active consent, no rescuer can find your sheet.
