Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Free → Premium upgrade is instant, prorated. Premium → Free is effective at the end of the current cycle, no fee. Your data stays intact in every case.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) and SEPA direct debit. For professionals: monthly invoicing, business SEPA payment.
Ambassador and peer discounts?
Doctor ambassador programme: −30% the first year for 3 testimonials and 5 referrals. MSP discount (3+ practitioners): contact us. Health students: free until thesis defence.
Can I try before paying?
