Pilot programme — opening soon

This service is not open yet. It will open gradually, starting with a pilot programme.

The essentials of your health, in front of rescuers' eyes.

Allergies, treatments, blood type, person to contact: you prepare a vital sheet and decide what it contains. Only authorised rescuers can read it. Every reading is logged, and you are notified.

  • You choose what is visible
  • Every access is logged
  • Withdraw in one tap

Four steps, from patient to rescuer, and back.

The service is designed so that the person concerned stays in control of their data from start to finish.

  1. 1. You prepare your sheet

You switch the module on yourself, choose section by section what rescuers will see, and sign a consent. You can withdraw everything at any time.

  2. 2. The rescuer identifies you

A rescuer from an approved organisation scans the QR on your emergency card, or enters your exact identity if you allowed it. They state the reason for their intervention.

  3. 3. They read the essentials

The vital sheet opens read-only, critical allergies first. It closes by itself after a limited time.

  4. 4. You are notified

You get an immediate notification and can see in your account who viewed your sheet, when and why. An unjustified access? You can report it.

How the rescuer finds the right person.

Depending on whether the person can answer, the team has different means. In every case, the sheet only opens if the patient has switched the service on.

The person is conscious

They can say who they are or show their card.

  • Scan the emergency card QR

Printed card, or the QR shown on the patient's phone.

  • Search by exact identity

Exact first name, last name and date of birth, only if the patient allowed this search.

The person is unconscious or cannot answer

The rescuer looks for what they carry.

  • Emergency card QR

In the wallet or the phone case, if the patient slipped it there.

  • NFC + QR wristband or card

    Coming soon

Readable in one gesture. In preparation, not available yet.

  • Identity papers

Without a QR, if papers are found: search by exact identity, only if the patient allowed it.

Coming soonNFC + QR wristband or card

A person lying on the ground, calm and with no visible injury; a rescuer in medical clothing, kneeling, scans with a phone a QR code wristband worn on their wrist.
Illustration image generated by AI: the people shown are fictional.

In both cases, three safeguards

  1. The rescuer confirms it is the right person before opening the sheet.
  2. They state the reason for the intervention.
  3. The access is logged and the patient is informed.

Safest: have your QR on you

Print your emergency card from your account and keep it in your wallet or in your phone case. Even if you cannot speak, the team can then find you.

If the person has switched nothing on, or is not found, the app shows nothing: rescuers then work as they do today.

Under studyIdentification by facial recognition, for people who have expressly accepted it. It is not available and will only be after its reliability and the necessary authorisations have been validated. It would never replace the rescuer's check.

What the rescuer sees, what the patient sees.

Two screens of the service, rebuilt with fictional data.

Vital sheet

Rescue access log

A service that does nothing without your agreement.

The module stays off until you switch it on yourself. After that, everything is managed from your account.

You choose the sections

Allergies, conditions, treatments, blood type, note for rescuers, contacts, family doctor, advance directives, organ donation: each section can be shown or hidden.

You withdraw whenever you want

One tap revokes your consent. It takes effect immediately: the sheet is no longer readable.

A tamper-proof log

Every access is written to a log that nobody can change afterwards. You see who, when and why.

You can report an access

An access looks unjustified to you? Report it from the log. The My Data My Care team handles the report.

One patient record, shared across the medical team.

Your health passport remains the starting point. You keep it up to date, and each professional accesses it according to what you have authorised. One source, rather than one sheet per department.

Pilot programme

Your family doctor

They follow your record day to day. If they are registered on My Data My Care, they will be notified in the app when rescuers view your sheet.

Pilot programme

Rescuers

A read-only vital sheet for the duration of the intervention, with only the sections you will have chosen.

Your questions, our answers.

Who can see my sheet?

Only identified rescuers from an organisation approved by My Data My Care, and only if you have switched the module on and signed the consent. They must state a reason, and you are notified every time.

What if I no longer want it?

You withdraw your consent whenever you like, from your account. It takes effect immediately: rescuers can no longer read the sheet.

What if I am a minor?

The service is reserved for adults. It is not open to minors.

What happens without a network?

The rescuers' app says so: without a network, the sheet cannot be opened. No health data is kept on the device for offline viewing.
