How long to deploy?+
The organization space is available immediately in self-service for the Starter and Pro offers. For an Enterprise deployment (IS integration, SSO, multi-site), allow a few days of support.
Is my employees' data protected?+
Yes. The organization never accesses individual health data. Only the employee, owner of their passport, decides on their shares. Dashboards are strictly anonymized and aggregated.
Are you HDS and Ségur compliant?+
Health data is hosted by an HDS-certified host, and the platform follows the Ségur V2 interoperability framework (FHIR R4, INS, Mon Espace Santé, MSSanté).
How does billing work?+
The Starter and Pro offers are monthly subscriptions, per seat (with additional seats per unit). The Enterprise offer is on request, tailored to volume and scope. Details on the Pro Pricing page.
Can I integrate MDMC with my information system?+
Yes. The Pro and Enterprise offers expose webhooks and FHIR APIs. The Enterprise offer includes custom integrations and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
